What happens when a course is full?
Confirmations never exceed the seats you set. The course switches to «Fully booked» by itself and reopens when a seat opens up.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes, any time before the course starts; the organiser is notified.
Do trainees get a reminder?
Confirmed trainees and the organiser get a reminder one day before the course.
Can trainees and trainers rate each other?
Yes. After the course, a trainee who attended can rate the organiser, and the organiser can rate the trainee.
