By using the DentX platform (the website and the app) you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Platform.
1. The service
DentX is a professional network and marketplace for the dental sector in Egypt that lets members post and apply to specialist cases, and offers jobs, courses, a store for supplies from suppliers, sale and rental listings, ratings, messaging, and an optional clinic-management system. DentX is a technology intermediary that connects the parties; we are not a party to any professional or commercial agreement made between you.
2. Your account
- The Platform is for adult professionals (18 years or older): dentists, clinics and centers, labs, CAD designers, suppliers, and service providers in the sector.
- You must keep your professional information accurate; we may request proof of it (such as your syndicate card) and suspend accounts that break these terms.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done from your account and from the accounts of team members you added and whose permissions you set.
3. Content and patient data
- You are responsible for everything you post. Content that is misleading, unlawful, contrary to professional ethics, or that infringes the rights of others is prohibited.
- When posting a specialist case, do not include the patient's name, phone number or national ID number, and remove any identifying information from photos and X-rays.
- In "My clinic", the clinic is the controller of its patients' data and is responsible for obtaining their consent under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
- You grant us a limited license to display your content within the Platform solely to operate the service.
- The administration may hide any content that breaks these terms or is reported.
4. Dealings between members
- Fees, salaries, prices, delivery and warranties are agreed directly between the parties, at their own responsibility.
- Ratings must reflect a real interaction; fake or abusive ratings are prohibited.
- Keep to the agreed times for cases, interviews and courses, and give early notice in an emergency; cancellations and no-shows are recorded on your profile.
5. Subscription and payment
- Some features require the monthly subscription published within the Platform, with a trial period set by the Platform administrator.
- Payment is made through the approved payment gateways (Paymob / Kashier) or manually in coordination with the administration. Amounts paid for a period that has already started are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.
6. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from "Settings → My account → Delete my account" or from the account deletion page. The account is disabled immediately with a 14-day window to change your mind, after which the data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may also suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
- The Platform is provided "as is". We take reasonable care to keep the service running and to protect data, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of faults or interruptions.
- We are not responsible for clinical decisions, for the quality of work or products exchanged between members, or for the consequences of content posted by members.
- The equipment advisor and the prices shown are for guidance only and are not a binding offer of sale.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
9. Changes and contact
