Questions
Can I send X-rays or documents?
Yes — one photo or PDF up to 10 MB per message. Only the two people in the conversation can open it.
Will I be notified of new messages?
Yes, inside DentX and on your phone — except while the conversation is open in front of you.
Can I block someone?
Yes. Conversations with blocked accounts disappear and can't receive new messages; you can also report a message.
Is my phone number shared?
No. Messages go through DentX, so you never need to give your personal number.
