How it works

The same screens you will use — on your phone and on a computer.

   Pick a day, then a time

   From the clinic page the patient sees only real open times: working hours minus Krown appointments, held requests and closed days.

2. 2

   Name, mobile and an optional reason

   International mobile number, a reason if they want and consent — the time is held for 60 minutes.

   Confirmed from the patient's own WhatsApp

   The patient sends a short code from the same number; the request then reaches the clinic's Krown, which confirms, moves or declines it.
