Turn on paid booking and set the amount
In «My clinic setup» → Visibility & booking: the «Paid online booking» switch and the amount you want.

Add an account for your assistant
From «Team», add your assistant by mobile with appointments access — she books from her own phone and sees the calendar.

The patient picks a time and taps «Book and pay»
From your booking link or clinic page: day → time → name and mobile; the time is held for 20 minutes while they pay.

Card or wallet payment, and the booking is confirmed
A secure payment page; as soon as it's paid the booking is confirmed, lands in your calendar marked «Paid», and you're notified.

The money lands in «My balance»
Your balance and every transaction; payouts to your account are made by the DentX team and show up here — with A4 and Excel.

Questions
Who sets the booking amount?
You do — in «My clinic setup» → Visibility & booking, from 10 to 20,000 EGP, and you can turn it off any time.
How do I get the money?
It goes to «My balance» on DentX, and the DentX team pays it out to your account; the payout shows in your transactions.
What if the patient doesn't pay?
The time is held for 20 minutes only; unpaid, it's released for others — and the booking never reaches you.
What if a paid booking is cancelled?
The DentX team refunds the patient and contacts them, and the amount is deducted from your balance.
