Questions

What happens if the primary dentist doesn't show up?

You mark a no-show from the case page and the first on-call backup becomes the primary dentist automatically, with a notification to them.

Who sees my case?

Signed-in members see the full case. Visitors only see a short summary — specialty, governorate, fee and date — never the description, patient details or X-rays.

How are cases ordered?

Emergency cases come first, then the nearest ones by distance and governorate, then by date and time.

Can I chat with the specialist before choosing?

Yes. Each application has a private message thread, and contact details are shared only with the dentists involved in the case.
