Never send a patient away because the specialist isn't there
Post the case once — nearby specialists apply, you pick a primary dentist and two on-call backups.
- Nearest first, by distance and governorate
- Emergency cases at the top
- Two on-call backups
How it works
The same screens you will use — on your phone and on a computer.
-
1
Post the case in a minute
Specialty, procedure, date, time and fee — add X-rays and photos. Switch on «Emergency» when it can't wait.
-
2
Nearby specialists are notified and apply
Specialists of that specialty in your governorate or close by get a notification and send their offer and message.
-
3
Pick a primary dentist and two on-call backups
Compare ratings, distance and offers. If the primary can't make it, the first on-call backup steps in.
-
4
See every case on the map

Questions
What happens if the primary dentist doesn't show up?
You mark a no-show from the case page and the first on-call backup becomes the primary dentist automatically, with a notification to them.
Who sees my case?
Signed-in members see the full case. Visitors only see a short summary — specialty, governorate, fee and date — never the description, patient details or X-rays.
How are cases ordered?
Emergency cases come first, then the nearest ones by distance and governorate, then by date and time.
Can I chat with the specialist before choosing?
Yes. Each application has a private message thread, and contact details are shared only with the dentists involved in the case.
