Questions
Can I send a request to one lab only?
Yes — a direct request goes to one account only and nobody else sees it.
How is patient privacy protected?
Requests are anonymous: a national ID in the description is refused, and files are visible only to you and the accepted provider.
When is my phone number shown?
It is partly hidden until you accept an offer.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes, while it is open; everyone who sent an offer is notified.
